 Absolute field strength at 5 equidistant phases (visible hemispheres)
 surface_long  Longitudinal field at 5 equidistant phases (visible hemispheres)
 surface_abun
 Abundance map at 5 equidistant phases (visible hemispheres)


How to run the programs

Normally, the following files are needed for execution

       libpgplot.a
       grfont.dat
       rgb.txt
       pgxwin_server

For this purpose, download the compressed archive  pg.tar.bz2  and unpack it in the directory where you have stored the executables.

The usage of PGPLOT programs requires that the full path of the chosen installation directory be named in an environment variable named PGPLOT_DIR.



The "surface"-family of programs is invoked by

    surface_*  cossam_eps.[10-digits-extension]

    ./surface_abun  cossam_eps.7020862039
 
    creates an encapsulated postscript file named
          surface_abun.7020862039.eps
    here are the necessary data files to try yourself



The "hammer"-family of programs is invoked by

    hammer_*  [9-digits]_dir/dopimag_ham.[10-digits-extension]

     ./hammer_nogrid_inv_vs_ori_scale  702187326_dir/dopimag_ham.702187326J
     ./hammer_nogrid_inv_vs_ori_diff   702187326_dir/dopimag_ham.702187326J
 

     create encapsulated postscript files named 
           inv_vs_ori_scale.702187326J.eps
           inv_vs_ori_diff.702187326J.eps
